When my lottery lines win, what do I have to do to collect my winnings?
You don’t have to do anything, as the service is fully automated. Your winnings are collected automatically and held in your balance.
Where can I find my winnings?
You will find your balance on the player dashboard. This represents your winnings.
How do I cash in my winnings?
Simply visit your player portal and click Collect My Winnings.

Will you contact me if I win big?
Yes. We contact players on ALL winning with our automated emails. If the prize is above £1,000 we will personaly call you.
Do you take an admin charge or commission from winnings?
NO admin charges or service s charges. The FULL winnings are evenly shared with our active players
Are there any restrictions on what I can cash in?
You can cash in the full amount of your balance to an unlimited level. You need a minimum balance of £5 in order to make a withdrawal. We have kept this requirement as low as we can, but it is necessary as we may incur transaction charges for every transaction we undertake.
My payment card is out of date and needs to be changed.
You can update your credit card details directly through your player portal.

As soon as you cancel we immediately switch off your renewal – so you will not be billed again. You will remain a member until it is time to renew (4 weeks) and you are still eligible for your share of any winning tickets until your subscription ends.

If I end my subscription, do I lose my winnings?
No you can claim your winnings at any time your money is safe with us.
After being a member, have decided to cancel. If the syndicate wins after my subscription has ended can I still claim something?
Unfortunately not. You have to be in it, to win it. Once you leave your syndicate – you are no longer entitled to any new winnings the syndicate makes.
